MUSIC FESTIVAL
15-18 July 2010

When someone talks about Castelli Romani refers to the villages set in the Alban Hills, famous for the beauty of their landscape offered by woods, lakes and sumptuous villas, and well known also for their artistic, historical and archaeological heritage, traditions, cuisine and not least the first-rate wines.
The tourist gift of this area has been raised and spread at international level also thanks to the marvellous descriptions by renowned travellers as, just to mention a few, Goethe, Stendhal, Kauffmnan, Byron, and Gregorovious.
The festival will take place in the enchanting natural, historical and architectural scenery of six villages located in the Castelli Romani:
Ariccia, Castelgandolfo, Frascati, Genzano, Grottaferrata, Nemi;
sites of old musical traditions where prestigious concert seasons have been organized for years becoming reference mark of the Roman hinterland.
The venues are situated close to Rome, about 30 minutes from G.R.A. - Grande Raccordo Anulare, the biggest highway around the city of Rome.
